Daniel A. Carrero, President
Daniel drives the direction of House to Home Solutions with the highest-quality craftsmanship and unfailing attention to customer service excellence that come from 20+ years in the home renovation field. He is passionate about design, loves transforming client spaces and is a walking encyclopedia of product and construction knowledge.
Daniel founded House to Home Solutions not simply to design and build luxury home renovations with excellence. He wanted to create spaces that inspire through a collaborative, stress-free partnership with homeowners. Involved in every project, Daniel takes pride in his company’s integrity, streamlined processes, quality products, overall customer experience, and especially his award-winning team.
Daniel holds a BS in Business from the University of Maryland University College and graduated as an Officer from the JROTC program at St. John’s College High School in Washington, D.C. Born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland by Cuban immigrants, Daniel is a proud father of a fully bi-lingual son attending George Washington University.
Andrea Pohl, Designer
Andrea Pohl is the lead interior designer for House to Home Solutions, building on her 20-plus years as an interior designer in the new home and residential remodeling industry. She believes in a hands-on approach to the design process and has earned a reputation as someone who starts by truly listening to each client’s wants and needs.
Andrea’s experience is evident in every project, as she thinks outside the box to ensure that functionality is creatively balanced with details that make a difference. She is a thoughtful design partner whose personal goal is to routinely go above and beyond to provide clients with the creative and innovative designs of their dreams.
Andrea received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from La Roche College in Pittsburgh and has been an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers since 1999.
Matthew Kanne, Project Manager
Matt provides leadership and oversight for all renovation project management. His client-first approach comes from 30 years of experience in construction and construction management, specializing in residential remodeling and new construction.
Matt sets the bar high. He takes pride in working closely with clients and the House to Home Solutions team to deliver only the highest-quality craftsmanship, materials and customer service that clients expect. He has built homes from the ground up and brings his vast knowledge of construction and design to every project.
Originally from Damascus, Maryland, Matt graduated from Gonzaga High School in Washington, D.C. before studying at Montgomery College. A proud father of three wonderful children, Matt enjoys working on cars and projects around the house.
Erick Casasola, Field Coordinator
Erick is responsible for managing renovation job sites, serving as the trusted liaison for clients, subcontractors and the House to Home Solutions team. He also manages the warehouse and truck fleet, taking pride in ensuring that every crew has what it needs to run each project efficiently.
He is bilingual, taking personal responsibility for excellent communication across all parties, every step of the way. Erick is known for his excellent customer service skills and personable approach to working on a team.
Erick has worked in the construction field since 2003, building a career on a mix of knowledge, passion and desire to keep on learning. He is a single father who loves spending time with his son and enjoys cars, fishing and football.
Jessica Saunders, Operations Manager
Jessica wears many hats at the House to Home Solutions office. She is often the first point of contact for potential clients, ably scheduling appointments and serving as key account manager. When not working with clients, she keeps the phones, files, supplies and the rest of the leadership team in order.
Jessica is an incredibly hard worker and a conscientious team player who has worked in the home renovation business for more than six years. Her organizational skills and operational know-how play a critical role here at House to Home Solutions.
When not in the office, Jessica serves as president of a local Parent Teacher Association and is an active volunteer for a 300-member summer swim team. She also enjoys spending time at home with her two children.
