This full condo remodel project touched every room, bringing the 70’s into the modern day. By strategically removing and adding walls we were able to reformat the entire layout, recapture under-utilized space and maximize the home’s overall functionality.
Miami white quartz glistens in the dramatically-lit kitchen and a custom, Wassily Kandinsky, tile mural installed in the backsplash creates a pop of artistic playfulness.
The bathroom carries the quartz and custom tile mural theme creating a continuity of personality throughout our client’s home.
Maple pocket doors to the office add stature while the new floors throughout give rich balance and flow. The LG ventless combo washer/dryer adds laundry access with a limited footprint.
