As a strong candidate for this Position, you possess a likable personality, great speaker with a great phone voice, and strong design sense. Placing value on honesty, integrity, and customer service. As a fast-growing Full-Service, Design - Build - Remodel Company, our ideal Client Liaison takes pride in being a self-motivated and creative problem-solver who consistently generates solutions for our clients and the company's objectives. We are widely known among our clients for exceptional customer service. As Client Liason, you would embody these values and feel at home in our company's positive, client-service-oriented culture. In this position, you would be answering our prospective client calls and emails, qualifying them, and scheduling their in-person meetings. Making proactive phone calls to our prospect list and past clients. Maintaining our Design Studio and our displays. As well as assisting our Designers and Pre-Production Team in getting the client from Design to Production. Among other things.

Requirements:

• High-end Luxury Residential Remodeling experience a plus but not required
• Quick thinking with sales ability a must but sales experience is a plus not required
• Organized and likes to keep things looking good and organized around them
• Open to attending Networking Events and doing Business Development
• Marketing experience with graphic design capabilities a plus
• Must be organized and have extreme attention to detail
• Takes pride in themselves and their work
• Enjoys people and possesses strong people/communication skills
• Computer and technology literate with the ability to quickly learn new applications
• Honest
• Self-Motivated
• Reliable
• Team player (supportive of other team members; thinks of the company as a whole)
• Clean-Cut & Professional
